It’s been a long day, you’ve been eating healthy enough, but that sweet tooth keeps buzzing in your mouth… I bet you know the drill! For moments like these, it’s a huge help to have something satisfying ready in the fridge. These energy balls do the trick. They are healthy, filling, and very easy to make. But most important of all, they taste of sin!
I’m not the biggest fan of dates, but this way I’ll be able to eat my way through a few packages… 🙂 In my opinion, this is the perfect healthy snack.
TIP: Roll them in cocoa powder, coconut, nuts, you name it! It makes them look even more interesting and decorative.
Energy Balls Recipe

4 tablespoons desiccated coconut
30 g almonds, chopped
4 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
A splash of water
